Optimal Resourcing

Our client is a respected Perth-based psychology and injury management consultancy with a vision of building healthier workplaces. They have been doing this since 1996. Their psychology service has grown significantly and they're ready to bring on a dedicated clinical team leader to take the reins.

This is a role for a senior psychologist who thrives in the space between clinical excellence and team leadership - carrying their own caseload while guiding and supervising a team of eight experienced psychologists. The work spans workers compensation, EAP, Medicare and broader workplace psychology consulting, with real variety across treatment, consultancy and stakeholder engagement. This is an opportunity to shape service delivery by adding to an already experienced team and being involved in stakeholder engagement to further influence psychology services.

The culture is warm, collegiate with significant autonomy. The team is experienced and settled. And as the business grows, there is a clear pathway for the right person to develop into a Principal Psychologist role.

To be considered you'll need AHPRA registration, full APS membership, a minimum of 10 years' experience as a psychologist, demonstrated supervision experience, and strong working knowledge of the WA Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act. Alignment with the Health Benefits of Good Work Position Statement, is important to how our client approaches its services.

Remuneration is negotiable based on experience. Flexible 0.6 - 1.0 FTE
